- DASHI
- Kombu and dried shiitake — a clear base that stays out of yuzu's way.
- TARE
- A salt tare, on the same thinking as 03.
- AROMA OIL
- The scent of yuzu peel is planned to live here.

A draft on paper. Shape and colour will both be re-decided once the flavour is settled.
