WHAT WE DO
We do two things in parallel: we build our own brands, and we bridge food business between Japan and the world. That work takes three forms.
We create products with Japanese ingredients and craft, and sell them under our own name — the OTAKU series below. The numbers only grow when a product convinces us.
Want your product made in Japan? We find the factories, verify them, negotiate in Japanese and manage sampling. You can come to us before the product even exists.
For Japanese makers: regulations, labelling, freight, warehousing, e-commerce and marketing — one window, all the way to a commercial launch. We are walking this exact road ourselves with our own brand right now.

CONCEPT
The world is discovering Japanese flavour, but most of it never leaves Japan. The problem is not taste — it is transport: a craftsman’s cup cannot leave the shop, and raw ingredients fail in a foreign kitchen. We redesign the difference so it survives the journey to your kitchen, intact.
We skip dishes the world has already learned to cook. Centuries of breeding, shading, roasting — we only pick categories where the gap cannot be copied. Koji mould exists only in Japan. That is the bar.
If a flavour only works in a shop, it does not become a product. Same ingredients, same steps, finished in your kitchen — which is why we will never sell ramen, only carry its soul as powder.
No health claims, no award shelf. Blind tastings on camera — published even when we lose. Ingredients listed by weight, with the ingredient always ahead of the sugar, so the label itself is the proof.
